Are you refering to your GHYC 2013 Membership Form ? I did found 3 empty submissions that contain only country:Ireland on this form's submissions. Guide us if there are more of this (I can only find this 3 so far)

It is possible that the user that attempted to fill in this form had its browser's javascript disabled. The form rely on javascript for validations of the inputted information.

We cannot really do anything for case like this. The most you can do to minimize or prevent this, is add some annotation in your form using the Free Text (HTML) field -- add some text that user's should make sure that browser's javascript are enabled before proceeding to use the form.

Please inform us if you have more details to share.

    Hi John,

I could not reproduce this problem on my end -- this is the reason why I mentioned the possibilty of the browser's javascript being disabled on a users end. I tested your form the very 1st time and it immediately prompt me for validations

There are 2 new empty submissions on this form, are those the test you did?

Please keep me posted until we find the cause of issue.

How about when using the direct form url? Are you still able to submit with those required fields left empty?

Please also provide us the website url to where you have embedded the form, so we can check.

    Let us know.
