I just sent a newsletter blast to over 400,000 people - we featured our Farm Animal Survey on the email and we are currently getting hundreds of submissions however I am unable to see them in Google Spreadsheets, they are also not showing up when i view the Inbox for the form. Can you please advise? Are they lost other than through my email copies? I got a message shortly after sending the blast out that our submission quota was at its max but that we could continue to recieve submissions until 12pm Friday.
Also, the SUBMIT button disappeared around that same time - I had to add a new one - can you explain this?
We continue to recieve submissions. Please write me back with any info you can offer. Thank you for your amazing tool and service.

I am able to see the submit button just fine of your form in your website
Tell us if this is not the case on your end.
As for your submissions, you can find them on your My Forms page when you are logged in to JotForm.
1. Logged in to JotForm
2. Click on My Forms on top
3. Select your form among the list
4. Click Submissions button
I see that your submissions count already exceeded your limits (Premium account). Your account will be downgraded to Free by the next day. This also means that your limit will be shorten from then on.
Did you integrate this form to google spreadsheet? Did you encounter any issue with the integration? Please provide us more details on this.
Please update us when you can.
