Not able to reset account password.

    Hello there,

    Im having issues to recover the access form my account, ive tried several times to get the link to complete the password reset, however i didnt get any email either on the regular box or the spam. 

    email: caromaldsto@gmail.com


    Could you check please what its going on? Thank U!!

    What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account  profile?  I am unable to find any details with your email address caromaldsto@gmail.com and that is the reason why you did not receive and password reset instructions email. Please note that password reset instructions email is only sent to account profile email address.

    Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form ID, form URL or webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

    We will wait for your response.

    The email address for the account associated with that form is "optimizzatuseo@gmail.com", without the quotes.  If you need further assistance recovering the account, let us know and we will be happy to help.

    That makes Sense,
    However, my email address is optimizatuseo@gmail.com there's a extra z.
    Could you replace it, in order to have access to this account again.

    Since optimizatuseo@gmail.com is in use by another account, I cannot change the email address for your account to that address.  If you wouldn't mind logging in to that account and updating the email address to something else, we can change your current account to that address.

    I´ve already change the email address associated on the other account, so
    please could you transfer the property to optimizatuseo@gmail.com

    Thanks for the response. I have now updated your email and removed the extra 'z' in email address. Please try resetting the password again https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password and let us know how it goes.
