How to send an automated email response on a specific date?

Hi,

I've just started with JotForm and very impressed so far! I'm using it to internally enter bookings/produce pdf booking forms with customer details. I've set JotForm to email me with the completed forms that I can then save.

I see you can set automated emails to be sent out to the address entered into the email field on the form, I'd like to set this up BUT I need the email to be sent AFTER the 'date of event' also entered on the form. Is this possible? The date of event could be anywhere between 24h and 6 months after the form is submitted.

Basically it's a follow up email to ask for feedback after the event.
