    Hi

You can place a JotForm form in an asp.net page by copying the full source code. It can work on any HTML page.   Once you have source code you can change then alter the default submit button and use your own .net code to have the data saved in your MS SQL database.

To download the full source codes for your form:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed
    2.  Click the Embed Form button
    3.  Choose Source
    4.  Click the link that says "here"

    Thanks!
