Text for other option does not appear on check box regardless having the "display other option" turned on.

    Thanks for your quick reply. For adding the “Other” field, I went into form settings and turned on “Display Other Option”. This generated a choice for Other, but did not generate a field to fill out a text field for Other. Did I do something wrong?
