I was testing my forms and exceeded my account submission limit.

    Please, can you put my jot-forms back to normal, as I have done a lot of testing and it appears you have counted them against my account... which I find odd as I have to test things out first and should not be charged for.

    If you do charge then I will not test out the forms so much, please let me know as the forms on websites that are not being accepted as a result will cause massive problems

    I did check your account and found that you earlier has premium monthly subscription but but it was cancelled on Feb 16 and your account was downgraded to free account. 

    We do not have any trial account. Since your account was downgraded to free plan and you have already exceeded submission and form views limit of free account, that is the reason why your account is over quota. 

    If you want to continue receiving more submissions, you will have to upgrade your account.
