I am getting duplicate entries on multiple tables and I want people to see the submissions

Hi,

I created a form and chose to duplicate a table to use for different responses. Now the responses show up in each duplicated question. I also need for those replying to be able to see the filled in responses of other invitees so as not to have multiple responses for the same item.

Do you know Jennifer? I think she intentionally filled the boxes with the same details. I would suggest confirming this to her because I tried the form, and it is not duplicating the entries to your tables. 

For showing the previous responses, maybe create a table listing report and publish that together with the form;

You can have a password for the report. 

It’s my wife and she only entered a response in the first table. I was thinking it’s because I duplicated that table to creat the others. Your thoughts?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to  you. I did check your form and do not see any reason why the same data can be displayed in different input tables. I would suggest you to please  test your form again yourself and get back to us if the issue persists.
