I'm having trouble with the Product Image field in the Inventory widget

I'm having trouble with the Product Image field in the Inventory widget. I've uploaded my images; when I paste the image URL into the field, however, I just get a broken image icon instead of a thumbnail image. I've tried different sizes (on my first attempt, I sized my original image at 40px X 40px; on my next attempt, I saved it at a larger size), as well as different formats (jpeg and PNG). What am I doing wrong?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. With which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form "Unity Day 2019 Pre-Order Merchandise" and I am unable to find any "Product Image(Optional)" added in "Inventory" widget.

If you have deleted the image, I would suggest you to please add the image URL again and we will take a look.
