Form settings: Ability to make edits in the form design without instantly going live

Sorry if this question has been asked but couldn't find the answer.

I have a number of changes to make to a form I use for customers but I don't want it to auto save the changes whilst making the many changes as it will affect the customer experience.

Is there a way of turning off auto save so I can make the edits/changes and then publish/save it when I'm happy with it?

I'd prefer to not have to clone the form as it will break links it has with Google docs and other features.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to maintain versions in your Form, disable the autosave in your Form and only make the changes live when it is complete.

Let me forward the thread to our backend team as a feature request for evaluation. We cannot provide any ETA for implementation if accepted at this moment. This depends on the developer's availability and the number of users requesting the same feature.
