    Hello,


    I have an account created with email support@applicando.com.br, but I am not able to access it, I have already registered a new password, but access is still self-suspended.

    Upon review of your account it was found automatically suspended (autosuspended) by our Phishing Detector Tool due to form: http://www.jotformz.com/form/62396722507662 requesting login credentials (Email/Senha)

    Gathering this type of data infringes our Terms of Use.

    Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "Senha" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar like an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

    The infringing field has been deleted and your account has been reactivated, refrain from creating login forms because it can trigger an automatically suspension by our Phishing Detector Tool.
