Change Input table field width on notification email

Hi, 

Can I change/fix the input table width on a notification email? 

You can customize notification email with its source code.

You can change element's width attribute in there. Please share more information to further support.

I understand that I can edit the source code. I would like to know what source code to add as as to customize an input table's width, within the notification email. Additionally, I am not sure where to inject said CSS or HTML.
