Why was my account suspended?

This is for the account of apmcctc@gmail.com.  I am writing with my personal email because if I put the account's email in the email field, it asks me to log in with a password and tells me my account was suspended.

I was doing some testing a couple of days ago.  Today my test page says "Form not found.  This form is disabled."

When I try to log in to JotForm, I get "Login failed - SUSPENDED".

I'm trying to get a proof-of-concept form working to demo to management.  I thought I was well within the limits of the free tier.

I just checked your account now and I can see that it is no longer suspended. Do you still need help with your account?
