I have attached a screenshot of the excel spreadsheet we use as a timesheet for our builders.

How do I create a timesheet that is easy to use and has:

    1. Multiple drop down menu choices to select the jobs worked on that day under the 'Job Name' column. They work multiple jobs each day and each job needs a new line.

    2. Drop down menu for the 'Code' column so they can choose the relevant code for each job.

    3. Select start and finish times

    4. In the hours column calculate the difference between the start time for that job and the finish time.

    5. In the 'day total' column, add up all the hours worked from the 'hours' column

    6. In the total hours box, calculate the total hours worked from each day total cell

There are multiple options available to achieve your requirement but since you want the calculate the time in each row and also the "Total" as well, I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Spreadsheet" widget and see if that fits into your requirement. This will allow you to calculate the hours and total by adding the calculation formula.

Please note that in spreadsheet widget, you will not be able to add dropdown options.

If you do not want to do any calculation, the I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Configurable List" widget which will allow you to add dropdown and date & time field.
