Is it possible to increase the number of submissions available for a sub-user. We have a 'Gold' account, which allows for 100,000 submissions, but sub-users are only allowed 100.
Please advise?
Thanks

The submission limit is considered as the limit of the account where the form was created. Even if it is a sub-account of a paid account, the limit will be that of a free account which is 100 submissions per month or whatever plan the sub-account has. So sharing the forms in your Gold account will have a limit of 100,000 submissions per month.

Jed,
I have the same issue on my users sub account. We are on the silver plan but the sub account is showing only 100 submissions. How do I fix this?

The sub-user accounts do not inherit the limits of the account that shared access. This would essentially give multiple sets of upgraded limits for a single subscription. Sub-users do have access to a shared folder. Part two of the following guide shows how users can move forms into the shared folder:
https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account
Once a form is moved into the shared folder, it is moved to the account that shared access. If that account has a subscription, the form would then be subject to the upgraded limits of that account, rather than the limits of the sub-user account.
