What order are you referring? Is that a payment made for Jotform or a payment made to someone using our forms to accept orders online? Please clarify or provide us more information about this inquiry. 

Jotform is an online form builder where anyone can create forms to collect registrations, etc., and we do have payment integrations that would allow someone to receive payments.
