Currently, users that are using a smart device to fill out our online application must download an app called "Opera Mini". Is this still the case?

it is getting very annoying since so many users now are using their phones to fill out online job app forms.  why do they have to download a seperate app?

Note that while using a mobile device will still require a web browser to open the form, they may use the one they have installed, although we do recommend to use Chrome or Firefox. There is no other way to fill out forms on mobile devices currently.
