We have a 2 year Gold Plan that we paid.. September 30th 2018 for $1199.00
We got billed again on January 12 2019 for $990 for a 1 year Gold Plan.for some reason. It is NOT found on our account history. But is on our card.
I need explanation!

The payment was made to a different username which gatorsjl. You are currently logged in to the account Gatorsjsl. Both of these usernames are under the same email. This was a bug before where people can use the same email for multiple accounts. We have fixed this since then, and it seems like it is causing the billing problem for you.
Please log in to the account gatorsjl and change its email to a different one. Or, we can delete this if you wish.
Anyways, I have canceled the payment for $990 and sent you a refund. You should receive the money back to your card in 4-10 business days.

Yes, it will create a problem with the account since the email address is registered to two usernames. Anyways, per your last response, I think you do not need the other account so I've deleted that. You're good now.
