Get Visitor Location quit working

We do not receive the visitor's location anymore. Widget quit working. Please help.

I've tested your form, I see that you are not using any widget in your form. You are using Short Text Entry for the address.

However, I'm able to replicate the issue. The Pickup Location/ Address field is not showing in the form while filling. I tried deleting the field and created a new one, now the issue is fixed. Please, delete the field and create it again. Alternatively, you can simply go to Properties and duplicate the field then delete the previous one.
