How to get data processing agreement?

Dear Jotform Team, 

We are a medical device company based in Germany. We are looking into using your platform for online forms. 

Due to the new data protection policies in the EU, we are required to sign a data processing agreement with any service providers. I was not able to find a data processing agreement on your website. Do you have one readily available?
