I would like to update a form

Hi!  You all created a JotForm for me and I would like to add onto the form. How is the best way to go about doing that.  Thanks!

All that would need to be done is to log in to your JotForm account, select the form via the My Forms page, then click on Edit:

Once the form is loaded in the form builder, you can make the necessary changes.
