I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/answers/1738746 and all the dropdown fields are working.
Some of the dropdowns have multiple selections enabled.
If the problem persists, please give us more details about the problem.

Anyway, in case you're referring to the following layout of your dropdown field, that's because the Multiple Selections is ON. Turn this option OFF and it should restore to its original layout.
