Billing & upgrading when paying annually, how will the billing work?

    Currently, we have 21 forms, and we are unsure if we will need space for an additional 4 (to remain on the bronze package) or if we will need more (to upgrade to the silver package). If we renew our bronze package and need to upgrade later in the year, how will the billing work if we want to remain paying annually? Do we just pay the difference between the bronze and silver package?

    Is there a possibility to downgrade throughout the year should we need to?

    The system would handle it automatically, it would process a prorated charge for the new subscription. If it does charge the full price for the new subscription, you can simply contact us, and we will process a prorated refund for the unused time in the Bronze plan.

    If you decide to downgrade from Silver to Bronze again, then we will need to cancel your Silver plan, process a prorated refund for the unused time in Silver, put your account back to free, and you will need to purchase a new Bronze plan.
