Hi,
Our organization has an extensive folder library in Box.com with different hierarchy/access levels. During the Box.com authentication set up, is it possible to identify which Box.com level the folders with the form submissions should be located?
Best,

You can choose the root folder in Box.com:
Whatever you set there will be the folder for that particular form.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!

OK, so is it possible to save the folder at a more precise section of our Box account by adding a URL that looks something like this:
https://app.box.com/folder/XXXXXXXXX
Best,
Staffan

I am afraid this is not currently possible with our Box.com integration. Would you like to be able to specify an ID of the parent folder when you configure the integration? Please confirm so we will be able to add a feature request ticket to our system.

Thanks for your answer! Is it possible to create the folder for form submissions anywhere else but in the root folder? If not, any feature that would allow this would be appreciated.

Let me propose this as a feature request and send this to our development team so that they would review this further.
However, we cannot provide an ETA for this. We will keep you informed on the updates.
Thanks.
