I am currently not receiving emails for my form submissions. Is there a problem with the email server? I also went online to my submissions and there is a record of them. I attempted to forward one to my email and have not received it that way either.

Please check your email's junk folder. It is possible that email messages are being filtered as spam because the form's sender email is probably being blocked by your email service provider.

I see your form has several conditional logic stablished, some are mapped to unexisting/deleted fields, and some are applied to emails. Please double check them .
Also , the sender email address in you email notification settings has been updated to email@example.com , to prevent issues.
