Can customers submit credit card information ONLY through JotForm?

I am opening a prop/party rental business. I need to have an easy way for customers to send me their credit card information so that I can manually input it into my virtual terminal and place a hold on the funds until the items are returned. I do not need the form to be attached to a payment processor. Is this possible with JotForm?

Sorry but this will go against our Terms of Use. Collecting credit card information is not allowed inside JotForm. Since you don't want the form to be attached or integrated with any of our payment processors, I'm afraid you'd have to collect these info outside JotForm (e.g. a follow up email, chat, or a call).

I still recommend you have a look at the payment processors integrated with JotForm. If all you need is some sort of Payment Authorization (e.g. charge your users at a later date), then your choices would be limited to Paypal, Authorize.net, Square and Stripe.
