PagoSeguro Integration: change the type of field for the card holder's Birthdate Picker since it is not intuitive to fill.

But I have one more problem. I tested the fill of the birthday with 3 people and nobody could fill. They did not find the place to fill the year.

Is it possible to change the fill form?

It would be easier if the person put the date or if there was a scrollbar for the year, a scrollbar for the month and a scrollbar for the year.

The filling of the year is not intuitive and easy.

Unfortunately, there is no option to change the type of field for the card's holder birthdate picker field. Probably a dropdown for each option(day, month, and year) would be more intuitive to fill.

I will forward a feature request to our back-end team have that option. You will be notified via this thread if this gets implemented in the future.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The date picker for this integration appears to be less intuitive in mobile views:

Let me add this observation to this ticket that has been sent to our developers. You will be notified via this thread if there is any progress on improving it.

    Hello,

On Android this option is quite different.

Please remember to upgrade to Android and IOS.

    Thank you

The Birthdate Picker input in the PagSeguro integration is based on a standard <input type="date"> HTML element. It means that the user will see a standard date picker of their browser. For example, the date pickers of Firefox and Google Chrome might be a bit different, but in general, they should be very stable.

    Hello,

Can we improve the way we fill out?

I really can not use it because I know that I will have a problem with the usability.

Hello, Do you know if the change will be made?

We are waiting for the correction but if it does not we need to find another tool to use.

But we love the dynamics of you but for now it is not working.
