How can I make a form so that anyone can change a submission? (Change, correct or update a unique entry) For example. If someone makes a submission on a team. Another user can come and make updates so that a spreadsheet of submissions is modified instead of added to.
If this is already answered then please send link to user guide.

For now, the only way to let other people edit your submissions is to give them your login information and access the form submissions page.
We currently do not have a sub-account feature but Jotform management have a plan for that, we just don't know for updates. We will let you know on this thread if there's any.

Thanks for the quick responce
I was hoping that a user could edit a submission using the form. If the first entery was identical to what was entred before, then that entery could be modified. It this posible or could this be the enhancement request you mensioned?

Editing submitted submissions is actually possible. You have need to include the edit link on your form autoresponder, so users filling the form will be able to get a notification message containing the edit link. He could also share the edit link to the one that's authorized for editing or you can setup another notification which sends the edit link to a certain email address. Check this screen:
Or you can try this confirmation page trick, I think this works better. https://www.jotform.com/help/98-Confirmation-Page-Tricks
Feel free to let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!

How about this workaround. What if I can somehow include the edit link in the submission so that a user can go to a report page the choose the entry. See Create an HTML Table Listing Report. Although what I would really like is an auto populated form from a jotform account table and/or a spreadsheet.

Unfortunately that's beyond JotForm limit anymore, so that's not possible. The only edit function we have can be achieved when you include edit link on your form notification or autoresponder template. So when the edit link is clicked, the form will be dynamically prepopulated with user's submitted data.
Sorry about that.
