the changes I made on my form are not showing up on my site

Asked by Heavenrich on February 04, 2013 at 12:39 PM

    Hi JotForm,

I edited an existing form on JotForm, pasted the code on to my site as I always do and yet my site shows the old version of the form. I cleared the caches on Wordpress for my site and also on my computer's browser. I even deleted that page on my site and created a new one from scratch with the code, and yet it still shows the old form version.

Please see the screenshot of the edited, saved version on JotForm with, "...Summer Break 2013..." in the first field of the form vs. the form as it shows on my site here: http://www.meoryale.com/programs/trips/may-2012-israel-application/ with "...Winter Break 2012-13..." in that same field.

    Help! Thanks

You should fixed form caching delays by changing the form URL into the form embed codes from http://form to http://www.

Your current embed codes is this:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/20072926196"></script>

    Change it to:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.com/jsform/20072926196"></script>
