I haven't received any email notifications of my forms being completed since 1/31/13. Is this a known issue?
I even did an email test & it didn't work.

All our notifications are being sent without any issues on our side, However, many users have run into prblems with their service providers rejecting the notifications due to their filters settings.
I noticed that the e-mail address associated with your account has been added to our bounce list:
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 552-'5.2.0 umY51k00T53uAhB01mYDQt IB212 msg rejected as spam'
