How do I get rid of the next button if its not needed so that user can just submit their form instead of the options (prev/next)?

To my understanding, your form will be having different last page based on an answer in another field.

Since it is possible to add multiple Submit button to your form, I would suggest that you add a Submit button on each possible last page in your form. Also, on each possible last page, you can set the "Next" and "Back" button to be hidden from its properties.

I created a sample form where I have applied the workaround above — https://form.jotform.com/90565559339975

Or, if you want, you can also just hide the Page Break of a page based on a field answer using the SHOW/HIDE conditional logic — How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
