Why doesn't order form clear out after order is submitted?

Hello- I am planning to enter customer orders using the JotForm order form I created here: https://www.periodicallyinspired.com/periodically-inspired-wholesale

(the password is PIwholesale)

My question is - when I go to the next customer, I want to start with a clean slate. I don't want the prior customer's personal information to remain. I cannot figure out how to start fresh after each order is submitted - please help?

Field values are automatically cleared when the form is submitted.

Where you using the browser back button after submitting the form?

If yes, it is possible that the browser remembers the field values.

Instead of doing that, you can add the same link on your form's thank you page so the user can click on it instead of using the back button.

Click HERE to make a new order.
