How can I keep my PDF form from creating strange page breaks?

    Wen I download the PDF for this form, it creates page breaks where there is only one question per page? How do I fix this?

    I have just checked your form and I can see the issue, I cloned it and created a new PDF document and it seems to have worked, example:

    May you please try creating a new PDF fillable document and see if that helps?
