Question regarding Invoice #AF7BAC-3-0001

The aforementioned invoice was paid on December via AMEX that should cover us from Dec. 14, 2018 - Dec. 14, 2019. However, we were billed for $39.99 for the month of January and February. Could you please clarify why we were billed for both months when we're paid until the end of this year.
