Ticket Purchases not Submitting entries

Ticket purchases widget is indicating tickets are being selected and counted but when I view submissions the chosen tickets are not showing

I checked your form and I see the problem.

But you had one column in Sheets hidden, I enabled it and you should have all responses:

Please check your submissions and let us know if that worked.
