Now, Regarding the Dynamic QR code, could you please guide me on how to:

Add some parts of my form information only not all.

I need very specific information to be collect it and be in the QR code like name, sure name, number and date only.

We have the Dynamic QR Code widget that allows you to use a field value but only available for our Classic Layout.

I have raised this thread to our backend team to see if they can have the widget for card forms. Note that we cannot provide you a timeframe for the ticket, but as soon as we have an update, you should know it here.
