SalesForce Integration>>SalesForce Fields: not all fields are not showing in JotForm.

Hi,

Appreciated all help, I made Lead working, but there another issue I am not seeing is that all fields are not showing in drop down, please do let me know if is there any setting we need to do in order to see those fields in drop-down.

Also, please try resetting security token at SalesForce, it may help to refresh fields list.

I am doing integration with "Clone of Quote Request Form" Form.

I can not do with Account, it needs to be on Lead, below is the screenshot of the showing some of the fields:

It seems like you have removed the Salesforce integration again. Are those fields having "Visible" permission? I would suggest you to check with Salesforce support to make sure that they are accessible.

Yes because it was not working at all, I checked all is set in Salesforce, my concerns is related with JotForm Fields it is not showing street, city, state, and country showing Ship to Address instead which is not making sense. 

If it is not possible by Salesforce app is there any way to do it my Webhook, if yes the should be the structure of the Webhook?

The Street, City, State, Postal Code, and Country fields from your Ship to Address field:

Will not be shown separately in the Dropdown option since the "Ship to Address" field is read as one field in the Salesforce integration:

So, if you want to match them individually with your Ship_Street_Address__c, Ship_City__c, Ship_State_Province__c, Ship_Postal_Zip_Code__c, and Ship_Country__c fields, you need to set up your "Ship to Address" field in individual Short Text Entry fields:

So, they will be shown individually in the SalesForce integration:
