Condition to show hide form fields are not working.

I have been struggling with some simple stuff for hours. I have refreshed my page, but it consistently keeps showing the same things. I have conditions for "I am just paying for myself" to take you to submit and pay, hiding everything in between, yet three "guest 1" questions persistently keep showing. I don't know what I"m doing wrong. I'm ready to give up.
