The logic structures do not appear to be working

I have several logic structures to show/hide form items.  The logic structure does not seem to be working at this time.

Please let me know if it is disabled for maintenance or just not working.

I may not be using it correctly if the logic structures are not programmed how I understand they should work....where do I find additional info on logic conditions?

If you are referring to the following form:

    https://www.jotform.com/53223740794154

There appears to be several conflicting conditions.  If a field is conditionally shown, it would be hidden until the condition is met.  There is not a need to conditionally hide it.  Try setting the conditions with only the show conditions and the form should work as expected.  Here is my test form with some of the hide conditions removed or disabled:

The conditions are triggering when met.

We are having some issues with our jotform today, Friday March 29, 2019. I have included several screenshots, but you will see that there is information missing when you expand an order or pull up the card view. You can see it under submission area, but have to click on each individual section to expand and see more information.

    Can you please help us?

    Thanks,

    Natalie

Considering your new concern is about another topic than your original concern in this thread, I have decided to move it to a new thread and avoid confusion.

We will be responding to your new concern in that thread. If you have any further questions about your new concern, please refer to that thread.
