Opt in email not received in the MailChimp Integration

    Hi There!


    We have created a new form for an event and integrated it with Mailchimp, double opt-in.

    The optin email is not received, and the contact is not inserted into the mailchimp mailing list.

    We've tried to have do testings but we are still unsuccessful.

    Kindly help us with this. Thanks you in advance

    COuld you please let us know the Form URL and your account username as I could not find any account associate with this account hanna@thecamel.co.
