Why am I not receiving my jot form confirmations?

    PLease contact me at 858-456-1004. I am very frustrated with this product. It's hit and miss. It's always under maintence and I'm not receiving my Jot form email confirmations.

    Sorry, we do not provide telephone support, but I will do my best to help you here.

    I see one form in your account which has 23 submissions, all of which are visible in your submission slist, so everything seems fine there.  Have you ever recieved any emails?  If not then please confirm that the email address in the recipient settings is correct.  Failing that I would check the mailbox itself to see if you're getting blocked.  Ask your email admin to whitelist the following addresses:
