PayPal form not submitting properly

    form is published and I have tried it as a test but when I click register nothing happens after please wait appears. Thanks for the help!

    It looks like the issue was somehow caused by a missing 'Accepted Text' in the Terms & Conditions widget. I have added the 'Accepted Text' for you.

    You may submit the form again to make sure that it is submitting properly now. Please note that the 'Please wait' redirect to PayPal might take a few seconds.
