Why did I get an email to upgrade to "professional" when I'm already in that tier?

    There's no place that I can find to check my account balance, etc. Please help!!

    I have checked your account.

    It does not seem to have any problem so you need not to worry for anything.  Although I noticed that you are using a Premium subscription, not Professional.
