PDF version changes my field format.

    hi there

     

    Why does my PDF version of the JotForm lose it's formatting with questions unordered?  eg, the first question is now Question 6?

    I was able to see on your PDF editor, however, I've tried cloning your form and was not able to replicate.

    If you create a new PDF template, are you still able to replicate it?
