    2. IF I wanted to list the fields in 2, 3 or 4 columns (vs a single column) where it says "please enter the number you would like to purchase by sponsorship level below", how would I do that?

Do you want to list these items in two columns? If yes, then you can shrink the fields. If you want to increase the number of columns then let us know. I'll help you with the custom CSS code.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks.

I have shrunk the fields under the heading "please enter the number you would like to purchase by sponsorship level below" and added the necessary custom CSS.

Currently, it is getting displayed in two columns.

    Please check and confirm.

Do you want to display the texts under Sponsorship levels in 4 columns?

    Thanks.

it doesn't look good.  there is a space b/w groundbreaker and patron.  I think I prefer it to go back to a single column.

and white the space underneath sponsorship levels and above groundbreaker description is too much.1551478604Screen Shot 2019 03 01 at 5 Screenshot 10

I checked your form and it seems you revert it back to one column.

Can you confirm and see my screenshot below if these fields are the ones you want to close the space/spacing?
