I would like to print copies of a form so I can have hard copies of orders. Can I do this?

    Hi,

Yes, you can do that. The easiest shortcut to print a form is to press CRTL + P in your windows keyboard when viewing the form, change the "Destination" and choose " Save as PDF". Most recent printing interface have the ability to "save" the file as PDF.

Second, would be creating a PDF Form from your My Forms page. This guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form.

    Thanks

I think I have misunderstood your question, your question is that you want to print the Orders that are submitted to your form? Yes?

To do that, you may consider adding the variable {pdf-link} in your form notification settings so you will have a link to download the PDF version of each of the submissions when receiving the orders to your email address.

    Thanks
