Hello,
My name is Ryan and I work for Blessey Marine Services who has an account with you. We use your forms to process our applications and we get sent an email when one is filled out. In those emails, they have links to attachments, in this case a resume and we could click them to open them. Starting last week, however, the links send us to a 404 page on your site unless we sign in to the website first. We don't want to give the companies account and password to the individuals who process the applications for security reasons. How can we go about remedying this situation?
Thank you,
Ryan Beard

This might be caused by enabled 'Require log-in to view uploaded files.' option in account settings:
https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
You can uncheck that option to allow the file downloads without the authentication.
This is also possible to receive the file uploads as the email attachments (account access not required).
Please note that the files will not be attached if the total size of the attachments for submission is larger than 15 MB.
