Event Registration - Capture everyone's information

Asked by amcc on March 15, 2011 at 04:26 PM

    Hi -

I am looking for an event registration form where when someone registers and buys more then one ticket, then they need to enter the information of the additional attendees as well.  The issue we had at our last event was someone bought 5 tickets (for example), but we did not know who the other 4 people were, so when they showed up at the registration desk, we had no way to know if they paid already.  We need to capture everyone's information, even if someone buys more then one ticket.  I hope ii am clear in explaining my issue.

Please let me know if your solution handles this situation.  Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks!

Yes that is very much possible using Conditions.

Here is an example form I made - http://www.jotform.com/form/10730346107 - feel free to modify it to suit your needs.

Here is a very useful resource page - Conditional Logic on Forms

    Hope that helps.

Unfortunately, sending additional Jotform data to Paypal is not yet possible although that is on top of our feature requests list.

You could instead insert a paypal payment form at the last page where the submit button is. The customer would have to choose the quantity of tickets again - meaning it is up to the customer for the quantity of tickets they chose at the first page to match the quantity (total price) of tickets they paid for.

The additional attendee information would then be emailed to you or the customer (if you set up notifications or autoresponder) separate from Paypal's own order confirmation email.
