    JS Embed code continues to show the old form

    When I put the embed code into my web page with the form changes, it continues to show the old form?

    I created a form, and then a few weeks later had to make some changes. I made the few text changes, saved it, grabbed the new code, placed code on the web page, and previewed it. However, even with the "new code" it doesn't show the text changes I have made. The following is supposed to be the "new code" for this form, but it keeps showing the old form??

    I have cleared the cache on your forms.  Does the problem continue?

    Yes the problem continues on that page, as well as the following pages. All three pages had forms that had to be updated, and when I replace the old code with the new code—it still shows the old code. I know this because the page says “click to edit this text” on the old forms.

    We have run force clear cache on your account, so your forms have been updated on your web pages. You may need to clear your browser cache to see the up to date forms.

    Also, the problem has been escalated to our Next Level Support in order to find the source of the problem and solve it.
