    My embedded form is not being updated in time

    I've been using the <embed> form option to add my forms to sites for YEARS without a problem. Up until the last few days I could edit a form add feilds, edit titles ect.... and the changes would reflect on my sites instantly. Just refresh browser. This is not working any longer. What has changed on your end to stop this from happening? I see plenty of customers asking about the same issue. Changing from "form" to "www" in the URL doesn't seem to always work.  Interesting ssl <embeds> still reflect changes instantly after a refresh.. Frushtrating.

    I'm truely sorry to hear about this giving you trouble. We did have an issue earlier today that caused a slowdown of one or more of servers though I think it was more related to heavy server traffic during peak hours as this seems to have mostly cleared up as of now as far as I know.

    Would you mind sharing with us links to some of your websites that your forms are hosted on so that we can take a look and help rectify these issues that may be causing you further problems.

    I can't even get my form to show up on my website anymore. The link appears to be dead. Any suggestions?

    Hi, in case you are still experiencing the issue, please try updating the direct URL link of your secure form to this https://secure.jotform.us/form/30354534847962

    The issue have to do with the .us domain having cache issue and having delays in replication. But this service issue have been recently just fixed. It is possible that in your case is just a remnant cache which I also cleared just now(this should refresh your forms). It will also help if you can loggin using the .us domain -- http://www.joform.us
